Customers may return their engagement ring within 30 days of the original purchase date. The 30-day return window begins on the date the ring was delivered to the customer. Any returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry or engagement ring must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition. The jewelry must be accompanied by all original documentation, including the sales receipt, certificate of authenticity, and any applicable warranties or guarantees.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@kindreddiamonds.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the jewelry, along with all accompanying documentation, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance fees associated with the return.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned engagement ring or jewelry, Kindred Diamonds Inc. will issue a full refund, less any applicable restocking fees, to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees if the item is returned in unused condition.
Exclusions:
Customized or personalized engagement rings or jewelry, such as engraved or bespoke designs, are not eligible for return. This is due to the unique nature of these items and the difficulty in reselling them. Additionally, any jewelry or engagement rings purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount may be subject to a different return policy, as specified at the time of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your jewelry or engagement ring for a different style or size, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment or refund, depending on the price difference between the original ring and the desired replacement.
